Return & Exchange Guidelines
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied with your Relaxer products, we offer easy returns and exchanges subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Products must not be damaged (other than by shipping).
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as non-returnable, such as customized products.
- Sale items or products marked as final sale.
- Products that have been used or damaged (other than by shipping).
Return Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return:
- Contact us at support@relaxer.co.in or call +91 9217067708 to initiate the return process.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.
- Once approved, we will issue a return authorization and send you instructions for returning the item.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping. If a product is damaged, we will provide a free return label.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund or exchange:
- If your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- If you choose an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped within 2–3 business days.
